The Society of Women in Taxation proudly joins the global community in celebrating International Women’s Day, a day dedicated to recognizing the achievements, strength and contributions of women across all sectors of society.
This year’s celebration highlights the importance of action, justice, and equal rights for women and girls. It is a reminder of the progress made toward gender equality while also calling for continued efforts to empower women and create opportunities for leadership, growth and professional excellence.
As the female arm of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, SWIT remains committed to supporting initiatives that promote the advancement of women in taxation and related professions. Through advocacy, mentorship and professional development programs, the Society continues to inspire and empower women to excel in their careers and make meaningful contributions to society.
