Congratulations to CITN @ 40

The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria was formed as an association and chartered by Act No. 76 of 1992. So far, the Institute has had 15 Presidents at the helm of its affairs. The current President and Chairman of the Council, who is the 15th is Mr. Isaac Adedayo ADESINA mni, FCTI.

The day-to-day running of the Institute is overseen by the Registrar / Chief Executive, Mr. Adefisayo AWOGBADE FCTI. With 34 Districts spread across different locations in the country, CITN is indeed “soaring higher” as SWIT, which is the female arm of the Institute enjoys tremendous support from the parent body.

The month-long celebration which started in January across all the Districts featured Road Walks, visits to Internally Displayed People’s Camps and orphanages, a public lecture held at Sheraton Hotel in Abuja, visits State Boards of Internal Revenue Service, and was crowned officially with a Dinner and Awards Night recognizing the founding fathers especially.

Congratulations to CITN @ 40.
Long live Nigeria
Long live CITN
Long live SWIT
